Jith Paul

Jith Paul is a Canadian software engineer, digital strategist, and filmmaker whose career spans digital systems, platform architecture, and cinematic storytelling. An engineer by trade and director, producer, and editor by passion, he founded Treepot Media and co-founded the Ottawa Canadian Film Festival, helping establish it as a registered charity and Canadian Screen Award-qualifying festival.

His award-winning films have screened internationally, including Algebra at Entr’2 marches in Cannes and A Clean Slate, winner of Best Short at Valle d’Itria in Italy. His work also includes major digital transformation initiatives and film613, a publication celebrating Ottawa–Outaouais screen culture.
