Review: Bridge the Gap

Last modified date

Bridge the Gap, directed by Luca Fiore, is a quirky and groovy short film that follows ordinary person Dan as he goes through the motions of his mundane life – except, he is followed by a documentary crew that only he can see and hear.

Bridge the Gap pleases with its absurdity and its balance between a monotone and artsy weirdness. Mihajlo Jos (Dan) and Taline Bedrossian (the narrator) really shine in their performances.

This one is definitely worth checking out.

In his youth Alvin loved watching movies and would find himself spending his lunch money and allowance at the box office. He loved the Matrix and the X-Men films, and somewhere along the way, he discovered a love for horror movies — HereditaryMidsommar and Mother! being his favourites. He now holds a professional writing diploma, a couple of journalism degrees, and likes to spend his free time reviewing movies on IMDB and for various magazines. @alvinwct
